Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theravehouse.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@theravehouse.shop.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
